  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order transfers an area in the county of Essex from the district of Epping Forest to the district of Harlow. Consequential changes to parishes and local government electoral areas are made.\nThe map forming part of this note (page 3) gives a general guide to the areas affected. Prints of the detailed boundary map (described in article 2) may be inspected at all reasonable times at the offices of the Epping Forest and Harlow district councils and at the office of the Secretary of State for the Environment, 2 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3EB.\nThe area transferred has approximately an area of 496 hectares, a population of 85 and a rateable value of £8,843.\nThe Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976 (S.I. 1976/246, amended by S.I. 1978/247) contain general provisions regarding the effect of orders such as this one.",
