# Estate Agents Act 1979, Paragraph 6

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

An application for approval by the lead enforcement authority of a redress scheme must—
(a) be made in such manner as the lead enforcement authority may determine; and
(b) be accompanied by such information as the lead enforcement authority may require.
