# The Estate Agents (Specified Offences) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 1992, Article 2


The Schedule to the Estate Agents (Specified Offences) (No. 2) Order 1991 is amended by inserting after –
“
Malicious Communications (Northern Ireland) Order 1988(f)
Article 3(1)(a)(i) and (ii)
Sending letters etc with intent to cause distress or anxiety
the following–
Property Misdescriptions Act 1991
Section 1(1) and (2)
Offence of property misdescription
”
