# Estreats (Personal Representatives) Act 1692, Section XIX: Proviso for Talesmen of £5.


Provided neverthelesse That it shall be lawfull to returne any Person to serve upon the Tales in any County within the Kingdom of England who shall have within the same County Five Pounds by the yeare above Reprizes in manner aforesaid and not otherwise.
