  "text": "In the application of the general principles of the common vocational training policy, particular attention shall be given to the special problems concerning specific sectors of activity or specific categories of persons; special measures may be taken in this respect.\nMeasures taken with a view to attaining the objectives of the common vocational training policy may be jointly financed.",
