# Commission Decision of 17 September 1976 concluding the Framework Agreement for commercial and economic cooperation between the European Communities and Canada (76/753/Euratom), Article 1: Most-favoured-nation treatment


In accordance with the rights and obligations under the General Agreement on tariffs and trade, the Contracting Parties undertake to accord each other, on an equal and reciprocal basis, most-favoured-nation treatment.
