# Council Decision of 3 June 1977 accepting on behalf of the Community several Annexes to the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures (77/415/EEC), Division 1: Standard

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The rules of origin necessary for the implementation of the measures which the customs are responsible for applying both at importation and at exportation shall be laid down in accordance with the provisions of this Annex.
