# Council Decision of 3 June 1977 accepting on behalf of the Community several Annexes to the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures (77/415/EEC), Division 11: Standard

For the purpose of determining the origin of goods, no account shall be taken of the origin of the energy, plant, machinery and tools used in the manufacturing or processing of the goods.
