This Convention shall be open for signature at Canberra from 1 August to 31 December 1980 by the States participating in the Conference on the conservation of Antarctic marine living resources held at Canberra from 7 to 20 May 1980.\n2. The States which so sign will be the original signatory States of the Convention.",
