Article XXXII

The Depositary shall notify all Contracting Parties of the following:

1. (a)

   signatures of this Convention and the deposit of instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession;

2. (b)

   the date of entry into force of this Convention and of any amendment thereto.
