# Council Decision of 7 March 1985 accepting, on behalf of the Community, three Annexes to the international convention on the simplification and harmonization of customs procedures (85/204/EEC), Division 28: Standard

A goods declaration shall be taken to be accepted when the customs office at which it was lodged has ascertained that it contains all the necessary particulars and is accompanied by all the documents required.
