# Council Decision of 15 September 1986 on the conclusion of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Iceland concerning non-agricultural and processed agricultural products not covered by the Agreement (86/554/EEC), Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorized to appoint the person empowered to sign the Agreement in order to bind the Community.
