  "text": "Council Decision\nof 13 July 1987\nconcerning the conclusion of an Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters amending the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation concerning certain cheeses\n(87/505/EEC)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 thereof,\nHaving regard to the recommendation from the Commission,\nWhereas the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation concerning certain cheeses, negotiated under Article XXVIII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) and approved by the Council by Decision 69/352/EEC, establishes, amongst other things, weight limits for the whole cheeses concerned; whereas, during bilateral consultations, it was decided that it would be advisable, in the light of experience, to amend the weight limits for Sbrinz cheese, as they have proved too restrictive;\nWhereas the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters amending the aforesaid Agreement should be approved,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
