  "text": "Council Decision\nof 28 September 1987\nconcerning the conclusion of an Additional Protocol to the Cooperation Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Tunisia\n(87/514/EEC)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 238 thereof,\nHaving regard to the recommendation from the Commission,\nHaving regard to the assent of the European Parliament,\nWhereas the Additional Protocol to the Cooperation Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Tunisia, signed in Tunis on 25 April 1976, should be approved,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
