# Council Decision of 29 May 1990 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement establishing the Common Fund for Commodities (90/373/EEC), Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Agreement establishing the Common Fund for Commodities is hereby approved on behalf of the Community.
The Community shall deposit the instrument of approval of the Agreement with the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.
