  "text": "Council Decision\nof 4 March 1991\nconcerning the conclusion of the Framework Agreement for cooperation between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Chile\n(91/158/EEC)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Articles 113 and 235 thereof,\nHaving regard to the recommendation from the Commission,\nHaving regard to the opinion of the European Parliament,\nWhereas the Community should approve, for the attainment of its aims in the sphere of external economic relations, the Framework Agreement for cooperation with the Republic of Chile,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
