  1. (a)

    The Group may at any time decide by a two-thirds majority vote of Member States to terminate these terms of reference. Such termination shall take effect on such date as the Group shall decide.

  2. (b)

    Notwithstanding the termination of these terms of reference, the Group shall continue in being for as long as it is necessary to carry out its liquidation, including the settlement of accounts.
