  "text": "The terms of reference of the International Tin Study Group are hereby accepted by the European Economic Community.\nThe Community and those Member States which at this stage have decided to participate in the proceedings of the Study Group shall simultaneously lodge their instruments of acceptance with the Secretary-General of the United Nations as soon as the necessary internal procedures have been completed.\nThe text of the terms of reference is attached hereto.",
