  "text": "Council Decision\nof 26 October 1992\non the conclusion of an Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Albania on trade and commercial and economic cooperation\n(92/535/EEC)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Articles 113 and 235 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the Commission,\nHaving regard to the opinion of the European Parliament,\nWhereas the conclusion of Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Albania on trade and commercial and economic cooperation is necessary in order to achieve the Community's objectives in the field of external relations,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
