# Council Decision of 14 November 1992 laying down methods for the analysis and testing of heat-treated milk for direct human consumption (92/608/EEC), Division 5.2: Centrifuge, in which the fat-extraction flasks or tubes (5.6.) can be spun at a rotational frequency of 500 to 600 rev min-1 to produce a gravitational field of 80 to 90 g at the outer end of the flasks or tubes.
