  "text": "Where, according to an act referred to, the EC Commission or another EC body is to prepare a report or an assessment or the like, the EFTA Surveillance Authority or the Standing Committee, as the case may be, shall, unless otherwise agreed, concurrently prepare, as appropriate, a corresponding report or assessment or the like, with regard to the EFTA States. The EC Commission and the EFTA Surveillance Authority or the Standing Committee, as the case may be, shall consult each other and exchange information during the preparation of their respective reports, copies of which shall be sent to the EEA Joint Committee.",
