# Decision of the Council and the Commission of 13 December 1993 on the conclusion of the Agreement on the European Economic Area between the European Communities, their Member States and the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Finland, the Republic of Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Kingdom of Norway, the Kingdom of Sweden and the Swiss Confederation (94/1/ECSC, EC), Division 1


Notwithstanding the provisions of the acts referred to in this Chapter, Switzerland and Liechtenstein shall introduce national legislation concerning pet food in accordance with these acts by the latest 1 January 1995. From 1 January 1993 Switzerland and Liechtenstein shall not prohibit the placing on the market of products which comply with the provisions of the acts.
