Division 2.3 The wording of the reservation entered in respect of Recommended Practice 13 shall be replaced by:

‘Community legislation authorizes goods in temporary storage to be subjectg only of such forms of handling as are designed to ensure their preservation in an unaltered state, without modifying their appearance or the technical characteristics.’
