Article 2

On behalf of the European Community, the President of the Council shall deposit the instrument of approval with the Secretary-General of the United Nations in accordance with Article 22 (1) of the Convention.

At the same time, the President of the Council shall deposit the declaration of competence set out in Annex B to this Decision, according to the provisions of Article 22 (3) of the Convention, as well as the Declaration set out in Annex C.
