Resolution No 49 on short-team measures to ensure the security and the efficient functioning of the TIR transit regime, adopted on 3 March 1995 by the Working Party of the UN Economic Commission for Europe on Customs Questions affecting Transport, is hereby accepted on behalf of the Community with immediate effect.
The text of the Resolution is attached to this Decision.
