  "text": "Council Decision\nof 24 July 1995\non the conclusion of an Additional Protocol to the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Norway consequent on the accession of the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Finland and the Kingdom of Sweden to the European Union\n(95/312/EC)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, and in particular Article 113 in conjunction with Article 228 (2) first sentence thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the Commission,\nWhereas the Commission has negotiated on behalf of the Community an Additional Protocol to the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Norway, signed in Brussels on 14 May 1973, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Finland and the Kingdom of Sweden to the European Union;\nWhereas this Additional Protocol should be approved,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
