# Commission Decision of 12 July 1995 setting up a Committee of Senior Labour Inspectors (95/319/EC), Article 11

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The Commission may, when seeking the opinion of the Committee, set a time limit within which such opinion shall be given.
2. The Committee’s deliberations shall not be followed by a vote.
3. The Committee’s conclusions shall be set out in writing. In the event of differences of opinion within the members of the Committee, a written statement of the views expressed shall be submitted to the Commission.
