  "text": "1. The Committee shall comprise one full member per Member State.\nOne alternate member may be appointed for each full member. An alternate member shall attend the Committee meetings only when the full member is unable to be present.\n2. Full and alternate members of the Committee shall be appointed by the Commission on a proposal by the Member State.\nWhen submitting the names of their nominees to the Commission, the Member States shall ensure that these are the senior representatives of their labour inspection services with a mandate to carry out the tasks of the Committee.\n3. The term of office of the members of the Committee shall be three years. Their appointment shall be renewable.\n4. A member’s term of office shall end before the expiry of the three-year period with his or her resignation or death, or following a communication to the Commission from the Member State concerned indicating that the term of office is to be terminated.\n5. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
