# Council Decision of 28 May 1996 on the conclusion of administrative arrangements on trade in textile products between the European Community and certain members of the World Trade Organization (96/415/EC), Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorized to designate the person(s) empowered to sign the administrative arrangements referred to in Article 1 in order to bind the Community.
