Article 3

The provisions implementing the Agreement, including any surveillance measures, shall be adopted according to the procedure laid down in Article 27 of Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76f1.
Where the application of the Agreement calls for close cooperation with the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Commission may take all necessary measures to ensure such cooperation.
