# Council Decision of 22 January 1996 concerning the approval of the amendment to Article VII of the Convention on fishing and conservation of the living resources in the Baltic Sea and the Belts (96/91/EC), Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorized to designate the person empowered to notify the Depository Government of the Community's approval in accordance with Article XVI of the Convention.
