# Council Decision of 2 June 1997 concerning the conclusion of an Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation adding to the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation a protocol on mutual administrative assistance in customs matters (97/403/EC), Article 3

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Community, give the notification provided for by the Agreement in. the form of an Exchange of Letters.
