Article 1

This Decision shall apply to terminal equipment intended to be connected to the public telecommunications network termination point of ONP 64 kbit/s digital unrestricted leased lines with octet integrity using 120 ohm interfaces and falling within the scope of the harmonized standard identified in Article 2 (1).

This Decision establishes a common technical regulation covering the general attachment requirements for terminal equipment referred to in paragraph 1.
