  "text": "1. Each Committee shall, together with the Commission, establish its own rules of procedure.\n2. The Committees shall be chaired by a representative of the employers' or employees' delegations or, at their joint request, by a representative of the Commission.\n3. The Committees shall meet at least once a year. A maximum of 56 representatives drawn from the two sides of industry taking part in a meeting of a Committee shall receive subsistence allowance and travelling expenses.\n4. The Commission shall regularly review, in consultation with the social partners, the functioning of the Sectoral Committee and the pursuit of their activities in the different sectors.",
