Decision 97/346/EC shall be repealed with effect from 20 May 1998.

2.

Commission Decision 94/797/ECf1 shall be repealed with effect from 20 May 1998.

3.

Terminal equipment, approved according to Decisions 94/797/EC and 97/346/EC may continue to be placed on the market and put into service.
