# Decision of the Executive Committee of 16 December 1998 on coordinated deployment of document advisers (SCH/Com-ex (98) 59 rev.), Division (e)


The Presidency in office shall consult the delegations in due time about the need to claim EU funding (Odysseus) and — as concerns practical arrangements for the training courses, support and the production of training materials — shall submit an application for financial assistance from the Odysseus programme to the European Commission via the EU Presidency. The first of these applications together with a definition of the project to be conducted (participating States, coordination of groups, place, financial contribution) shall be submitted at the latest by 31 March 1999 (deadline for submission).
