  "text": "The Community may contribute up to 75 % of eligible expenditure for the transnational pilot projects, with a ceiling of EUR 200 000 per year and per project. For the thematic actions, the ceiling may be raised to EUR 300 000 per year and per project, if justified by the scope of the project concerned.",
