# Council Decision of 26 April 1999 establishing the second phase of the Community vocational training action programme ‘Leonardo da Vinci’ (1999/382/EC), Section III:: SELECTION PROCEDURES

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The proposals submitted by promoters under the calls for proposals shall be selected according to one of the following procedures:
1.. Procedure A applicable to mobility actions (measure 1);
2.. Procedure B applicable to:
pilot projects (measure 2) except for thematic actions,
language competences (measure 3),
transnational networks (measure 4);
3.. Procedure C applicable to:
reference material (measure 5),
thematic actions (within measure 2),
joint actions (measure 6),
projects of European organisations (under all measures).
