  "text": "The Committee may be consulted by the Commission on or take up, at the initiative of its chairman or at the request of one or more of its members, questions concerning the rules of the common fisheries policy and in particular measures that the Commission may take in the framework of such rules as well as economic and social questions in the fisheries sector, apart from those which concern, as social partners, employers and workers.",
