# Decision No 1031/2000/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 April 2000 establishing the ‘Youth’ Community action programme, Article 9: Funding

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The financial framework for the implementation of this programme for the period specified in Article 1 is hereby set at EUR 605 million.
2. The annual appropriations shall be authorised by the budgetary authority within the limits of the financial perspective.
