# COUNCIL DECISION of 31 January 2000 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement concerning the establishing of global technical regulations for wheeled vehicles, equipment and parts which can be fitted and/or be used on wheeled vehicles (‘Parallel Agreement’) (2000/125/EC), Division 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Commission shall represent the Community in the Executive Committee as set up by Article 3 of the Parallel Agreement. The Commission shall exercise the right to vote for the Community within the bodies set up under the Agreement.
