# COUNCIL DECISION of 31 January 2000 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement concerning the establishing of global technical regulations for wheeled vehicles, equipment and parts which can be fitted and/or be used on wheeled vehicles (‘Parallel Agreement’) (2000/125/EC), Division 5

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Community institutions will accelerate their procedures as far as possible in order not to delay the vote within the UN/ECE unnecessarily. For this purpose the Commission shall submit its proposal or draft decision, as required by Article 5(1) as soon as all of the essential components of the draft global technical regulation or the amendment have been supplied.
