The provisions relating to the timetable, the conditions for the submission of applications and the eligibility and selection criteria are to be determined in accordance with Article 8(2) and published regularly by the Commission in the ‘Socrates Guidelines for Applicants’. In addition calls for proposals will be published, specifying all deadlines for the submission of proposals.
