  "text": "This Annex contains two main types of actions:\nthe first type, Actions 1 to 3, is aimed at the three basic stages of life-long education (school, university, other);\nthe second type, Actions 4 to 8, concerns transversal measures in fields such as languages, information and communication technology (ICT) for educational purposes, including in particular educational multimedia and the exchange of information, as well as matters of horizontal interest such as innovation, the dissemination of results, joint actions and the evaluation of the programme.",
