  "text": "Erasmus seeks to enhance the quality and reinforce the European dimension of higher education, to encourage transnational cooperation between universities, to boost European mobility in the higher education sector and to improve transparency and academic recognition of studies and qualifications throughout the Community.\nParticipating universities conclude ‘institutional contracts’ with the Commission covering all the Erasmus activities approved. Such contracts will normally be of three years' duration and will be renewable.",
