# Commission Decision of 8 September 2000 laying down the animal and public health and veterinary certification conditions for imports of meat preparations into the Community from third countries (notified under document number C(2000) 2533) (Text with EEA relevance) (2000/572/EC), Article 4

2. Each consignment of meat preparations shall be accompanied by an original, numbered health certificate, completed, signed and dated, composed of a single sheet in accordance with a certificate in the form published by the appropriate authority from time to time.
3. The certificates shall be drawn up in English and may also appear in other languages.
