# Commission Decision of 8 November 2000 setting up an Enterprise Policy Group (notified under document number C(2000) 3089) (2000/690/EC), Article 6

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply until 31 December 2006. The Commission will decide whether to extend it or not before that date.
