  "text": "In implementing the Programme, the Commission will ensure compliance with the objectives set out in Article 1(2).\nIn implementing the Programme, the Commission, assisted by the Committee provided for in Article 8, will work closely with the Member States. It will also consult the partners concerned and ensure that the participation of professionals in the Programme reflects European cultural diversity.",
