  "text": "Community funding will not exceed 50 % of the final cost of the measures (other than in the cases expressly provided for in this Annex, where a ceiling of 60 % applies) and will be granted in the form of conditionally reimbursable advances or subsidies. Only costs directly linked to execution of the measure receiving support will be eligible, even if the costs are defrayed in part by the beneficiary before the selection procedure. For multilingual support, the Community contribution will be in the form of subsidies.",
