  "text": "In the implementation of the programme, the Commission shall, in close cooperation with the Member States, ensure general consistency and complementarity with other relevant Community policies, programmes and actions that impinge upon the training and audiovisual fields.\nThe Commission shall also ensure coordination between the programme and other Community programmes in the field of initial and continuous training, and with the operation of the European Social Fund, in accordance with the rules of the Fund.\nThe Commission shall ensure effective liaison between this programme and programmes and actions in the training and audiovisual fields being carried out in the framework of Community cooperation with non-member countries and the relevant international organisations.",
